Adafruit ADXL345 - Triaxial Accelerometer (+ -2g / 4g / 8g / 16g) w / I2C / SPI


When we fill our accelerometer products, we have the really nice digital ADXL345 from Analog Devices, a three-axis accelerometer with analog I2C and SPI interface break. We have added a 3.3V regulator and logic level shifting circuit that provides the perfect choice for interfacing with any 3V or 5V microcontroller such as Arduino.

The sensor contains pins that can be used as three axes gauge, XYZ and I2C or SPI digital interface. You can set the sensitivity level to + -2g, + -4g, + -8g or + -16g. Low range gives more resolution for slow movements; high range is good for high speed tracking. The ADXL345 is the latest and best of Analog Devices known for exceptional quality MEMS devices. VCC rises up to 5V with an output pin and regulates to 3.3V.
