Ms V2 Microcontroller Training Set


MSV2 training set,It is a product that has been created as a result of the efforts made to provide a better education for our high school and university youth who are completely domestic production.

 

It is designed to be portable so that it can be used comfortably in the laboratory environment, at home and outside. The plastic bag it contains provides durability against knocks and bumps. The training set is fixed to the bag thanks to the screws and can be easily disassembled when desired and can be easily repaired in cases where repairs are required. The training set is made of bottom material, the reason for this is to allow users to change the elements in case of material deterioration due to incorrect connections.

 

Feeding Unit


The card is powered directly from the computer with a USB cable. Those who do not want to get energy from the computer can give energy from the dc power socket with a 5 volt adapter or from the male headers with plus minus. Let's add before forgetting, they should remove the USB energy canceling socket.

Hex Code Upload


Thanks to the bootloader we have loaded into Pic 18f4550, you can easily load the hex code with the USB hid bootloader program in the microc or other software you use by connecting the USB cable. You can easily upload your code without the need for another pic programming card without removing the integral.

Modules


We must connect the tip that says 5V in the button part to 5 volts and connect the end of 18f4550 that says PIK to the end we want to enter. When the button is pressed, 5volt energy will be sent to the PIC. The end that says BE (button minus) should also be given to the old end, a 10 resistor is connected to this end. When logic1 does not come to the PIC, we send logic 0 thanks to this end. Our design is designed to give logic 1 to the PIC with the button.

When using the LED module, we will connect the place that says L1A to the microcontroller, so that the plus of the LED will come to the microcontroller.

We need to give a plus from the microcontroller we want to burn. In addition, the LE / BE terminal on the led module is the common minus of the leds, we need to connect this end to the negative.

There are two crystals in the crystal module. The 18f4550 should always be connected to the 4mghz crystal or it will not work. The CE tip in the module is the chassis end of the 22pf that we connect to the crystal, this tip must be connected to the negative.

As shown in the circuit diagram affixed on the cover of the bag containing the set, no integrated and PIC legs are connected, they are all idle. We have to make energy and crystal connections ourselves (except reset legs of PICs). Reset legs are connected to the plus with 10k resistance.

Since we are communicating with USB, the C4 / D- and C5 / D + terminals of the 18f4550 should always be left blank and never used. If you want to use 18f4550's MCLR / RE3 leg as RE3, that is, if the reset is passive, the short circuit jumper on the software reset button must be removed.

If the reset leg of 16f628a is to be used as input and output, the RA / P jumper of the first leg of the PIC must be removed. All of the headers where PLUS is written in the module and all of the headers where it is written MINUS are short-circuited with each other. When the USB is plugged into the computer, 5 volts of energy comes directly here.

In the relay module; Since a reverse diode must be connected to the relay and it is impossible for us to know in which direction the relay will energize the coil ends, we named the coil ends of the relay as BA (plus) BE (minus). The user must connect a minus where it says BA plus BE where it says.

Finally, reverse diode is connected to protect all modules against reverse connection. When you connect the energy reverse, the module will not be damaged, but if you short-circuit the minus and the plus, the USB output turns itself off if you get energy from the computer, in this case you need to reset the computer again.
