VIPer100A

VIPER100A-E is a fixed frequency SMPS Primary Off-line Converter. The device is manufactured using VIPower M0 technology and combines a state of the art PWM circuit with optimized high voltage and vertical power MOSFET on the same silicon chip. Typical applications include off-line power supplies with a wide range of 50W, single range 100W or secondary power capability with double deck configuration. It is compatible from the primary and secondary regulation cycle, although it uses about 50% less components compared to a separate solution. Burst mode operation is an additional component of this device and offers the ability to operate in stand-by mode without any additional components.
