Adafruit PCA9685 16-Channel 12 bit PWM / Servo Drive uses I2C Serial protocol. With this module, you can control 16 independent PWM outputs with only 2 pins.

This board / integrated uses the I2C address from 0x60-0x80 and these addresses can be selected with jumpers.
There is reverse polarity protection on the terminal block.
With 3-pin connectors in groups of 4, you can connect 16 servos at one time.

If necessary, there is a capacitor place that can be connected to the voltage input.
6 solder jump points for addresses to be used in the I2C protocol.
Thanks to 6 address selection pins, you can get up to 62 outputs on a single i2c bus, for a total of 992 outputs.
Adjustable PWM frequency is up to about 1.6 KHz.
This card / integrated offers 12-bit resolution for each output.
60Hz update rate.
With the output enable pin, you can quickly disable all outputs.

ItI2C controlled PWM driverUnlike the TLC5940 family, it doesn't need the signal from your microcontroller constantly. With its internal oscillator, it continues to send the last signal when it does not receive a signal from its microcontroller.

The circuit is 5V compatible, which means you can control it from a 3.3V microcontroller and safely output up to 6V.
