Payment and Delivery
- When will my order be given to cargo?
Orders you place on our site will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Information will be provided in case of order density and supply requirement.
- Was my order shipped?
When your order is delivered to cargo, you are informed by e-mail.
- How can I find out my cargo tracking number?
Since our new system includes cargo integration, cargo tracking numbers are automatically added when your order is shipped. Tracking number when your order is shipped
If not, you can contact them by e-mail or phone.
- How much will I pay for shipping?
According to our current agreement with the cargo companies we work with, shipping is free for purchases of 200 TL or more. If a different path is followed, we will inform you.
- I did not receive an invoice in the cargo, what should I do?
The receipt or invoice issued for your orders is attached to the pocket of the cargo package. Please check the cargo package or bag.
