It's simplebreadboard power supply - power moduleIt can supply 3.3V or 5V from any power source with an input voltage of 6-12V. All pins on the circuit are within 2.54mm range so you can easily plug it into any breadboard you want. It can feed from 6-12V power input pin or via USB depending on demand. The power supply can supply 500mA at most.
